The waterline tile has been delivered

So, are you wondering which tile we picked?  Well, wonder no more.  

It was delivered today, and will be installed very soon.  It will go right under the coping around the pool as well as in the spa and on the outside of the spa.

It's demo day!

Our contractor was here before 8:00 as he promised.  They have been working very hard all day, and here's what has been accomplished!  The pool area should be completely demoed (plants, pool coping, floor) by the end of the day tomorrow.  

We have to change our tile selection because the one we selected would not be tall enough.  I think we are going with the one on the right.  

I can't wait to get rid of this coping.  It's so ugly!

Tomorrow

Our contractor is going to be here tomorrow to walk through the staging part of the project.  We will discuss where the tiles will be delivered and the sequence of events.

From what I understand, demo will start on Monday, November 28.  Keep your fingers crossed, everyone!

Tick - tock - tick - tock - tick - tock ... It's almost time!

 It appears that demo will start in a week.  I am so excited about this!
